Billing questions

How is billing handled?
Subscriptions are $19 per month, billed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, invoices, and sales tax for your country. You can update your card or cancel any time from the billing portal link in your receipt.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, and you can do it yourself in two clicks from your account page. Your access continues until the end of the month you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Once a month is paid for, it is paid for, with no partial or prorated refunds. Duplicate charges and statutory consumer rights are the exceptions. See the full Refund Policy.
Is there a cheaper tier?
No. Running several premium speech models on every recording is what makes ZWhispr accurate, and every subscriber gets all of it. There is one plan and nothing is held back.
